Police Officer Richard "Richie" Biller
Appointed to NYPD October 25, 1968
Retired from NYPD December 31, 1988
Richie Biller was assigned most of his career to
the 41st Precinct in the Bronx,
(also known as "Fort Apache"). Through out his
career he has personally been involved in
making over a THOUSAND arrests and taking
HUNDREDS of loaded firearms off the streets,
(including numerous machine guns and several
live hand grenades). "Highly decorated" would
be an understatement in having been awarded
OVER TWO HUNDRED medals & awards,
(including the prestigious Bronx County Public
Service Medal in the above news paper photo).
